Lieutenant Osborne
Osborne is a middle aged man who’s Stanhope’s second-in-command. The men refer to him as Uncle as holds much respect for Stanhope’s abilities, experience. He takes on a caretaker role when dealing with Stanhope’s worsening condition and refuses to surpass him.
